Chris Angermann

Chris Angermann's checkered career has included building houses, driving a cab (for the Terminal Taxi Company in New Haven, Connecticut) teaching in kindergarten, high school, college and graduate school, and directing plays and operas in New York and regional theaters. He has written on a wide variety of subjects for newspapers and magazines, including book and movie reviews, real estate articles and features on healthy living issues. He is the author of unpublished plays and screenplays and has ghostwritten several books. He is currently editor-in-chief for New Chapter Publisher, a small press in Sarasota, Florida, and runs Bardolf & Company, an imprint for authors who wish to self-publish their works. Over the past five years, he has had his hands in the publication of more than 25 books, a number of which have won national award. "How To Mess With Others For Their Own Good" is his first book under his own name.
Chris is opinionated and loves to give advice, although he doesn't expect anyone to take it. He likes classical music, jazz, Irish jigs and reels, and all kinds of rock 'n roll. He prefers to cuddle with cats rather than dogs and is passionate about the ancient board game GO. He is pleased that his son Erik is not following in his footsteps but marching to his own drummer, and lives with his wife Susan in Sarasota, Florida.
